This insert plate is specially designed for the Festool KSC 60 crosscut saw. Although the design fits this specific model exactly, it is possible that the plate will also fit similar Festool models. However, this has not been tested. Please take into account any minor deviations in dimensions or attachment points on other models.

-= INSTALLATION MANUAL =-

Insert the insert into the opening and secure it with the original screws. Move the saw blade up and down manually (without switching the saw on) to check that the cutting edge lightly touches the surface of the insert. Then turn on the saw and make a full cut through the insert, as you would normally do with a workpiece. Perform this at an even pace; avoid cutting too slowly to avoid melting the plastic due to frictional heat. Then raise the saw blade again - you now have a perfectly fitting zero clearance insert.
